Free T4 Index (T7)
Estimates the amount of active thyroxine available, helping to assess thyroid hormone balance and overall thyroid function.

Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
The primary regulator of thyroid activity. Abnormal levels indicate underactive (hypothyroid) or overactive (hyperthyroid) function.

T3 Uptake
Measures binding capacity of thyroid hormones. Helps interpret thyroid status when combined with T4 values.

Thyroxine (T4), Total
Represents the total circulating thyroid hormone, crucial for metabolism, energy, and growth regulation.

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPO)
Markers of autoimmune thyroid disease (like Hashimoto’s or Graves’). Elevated levels signal immune attack on the thyroid.

Thyroglobulin Antibodies
Another antibody linked with autoimmune thyroid conditions. High levels may point to ongoing thyroid inflammation.

Triiodothyronine (T3), Free
The active thyroid hormone that drives metabolism, heart rate, and energy. Free T3 gives insight into how well the thyroid is functioning in real time.
